Abstract
La renovación de la vida consagrada impulsada por el Concilio Vaticano II ha sido una de las dinámicas más claras en la línea de continuidad de lo vivido desde el Concilio hasta nuestros días. Las disposiciones dadas por aquél fueron recibidas con gran entusiasmo y su puesta en práctica vino a traer todo un aire nuevo con renovado impulso y vigor en los deseos de vivir con fidelidad esta vocación de consagrados. Una lectura del decreto Perfectae caritatis, nos coloca de frente con la adecuada búsqueda de identidad y sentido de la vida consagrada queriendo asumir la fuente original para responder con creatividad a los retos y desafíos que el mundo y la realidad actual nos hacen.
