Abstract
Con fidelidad al método teológico conscientemente asumido que no propone "doctrinas" previas para que sean luego aplicadas a la trama socio-pastoral sino que diagnostica primero la realidad existente para trazar luego las pautas de acción que reclaman los problemas ciertos, la 111 Conferencia General del Episcopado Latinoamericano advierte signos alentadores de vitalidad, de comunión, de superación, de avance, de creciente autonomía y madurez en este continente conformado mayoritariamente por población joven ansiosa de transformación, de cambio, de liberación.
