Abstract
En las Letras Apostólicas de beatificación, como en la homilfa pronunciada por Pablo VI ello de noviembre de 1975, cuando fue elevado al honor de los altares nuestro obispo, Ezequiel Moreno, emerge la figura episcopal de este pastor de la Iglesia colombiana como centinela vigilante, maestro de los fieles, protector de los pobres y ejemplo heroico de paciencia.
