Abstract

The company acquires a great relevance in its social role towards the society. Its responsibility makes it have a special role to public burdens. Regulation, the power of inspection, monitoring and control, the State, have caused that the company has a special place in the Constitution and the law.

The interference of the companies with unsatisfied basic needs, the provision of services, and the impact to consumers and users, demonstrate the need to exert social control over the companies.

This paper is a reflection on the role of the company from the delegation viewpoint.
