Abstract

Since the approach of the unification of the legal regime of obligations and civil contracts and commercial work is very complex and difficult, we have preferred to limit our investigation only to unify the legal regime for the formation of the contract of sale in Colombia. This is a qualitative research and explains the reasons why it is necessary to unify the legal framework for an acquisition in Colombia, as well as the causes that, at the international level, motivate this unification. Similarly, describes the similarities and differences between the legal civil law from the commercial law in Colombia; examines the legal foundations that have precluded such a unification, raising the possibility of harmonization and unifi- cation of the institution-based international trade law (international) and, finally, proposes legal and methodological variables that can be used to make possible the aforementioned unification.
