Abstract

The present article explains the results of an investigation about the extracontractual civil liability applied to the management of dangerous wastes in Colombia. The analysis includes with the definition and dangerous characteristics of wastes, the legislation, the national doctrine and jurisprudence of popular actions in this matter.
