Abstract

In the words of law there are techniques to disappear the disappeared. For that reason another glance to approach its texts is necessary.

The label of fiction makes clear the narrative burdens of writing. Other kinds of writing, like science or law, obscure them. What we call natural fluidity causes truthfulness effects and creates a plot that chains proofs, valuations, descriptions, and concepts. The natural and spontaneous fluidity is maintained by a preinterpretation of prose that presents it separate from poetry. Thus, from different positions, form and content are in tension. Bearing in mind this tension, it would be appropriate writing, a narrative that could show its own fractures and could reveal its impotence to pursue a narrative of senses and nonsense, speeches and silences, violence and disappearances.
