Abstract

The purpose of the present paper is to analyze a group of current perspectives regarding International Economic Law. The paper advocates for the consideration of universal values, principles and rules within the instruments of said legal discipline, as accepted by both , the civil society and the States as per other sources of Public International Law. The paper is part of the first stage of an academic research of the author with respect to the application of those values, principles and rules to certain international instruments of the World Bank (WB), the World Trade Organization (y), the United Nations Development Programme (xh), and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (yigh).
