Abstract

Con base en la Constitución española el texto explora el contenido esencial de los derechos fundamentales desde una óptica iusnaturalista. En ese sentido estudia el concepto de persona y la forma como la razón práctica determina la dignidad humana, la libertad y la igualdad de todos los individuos de la especie humana. El autor sugiere una reflexión profunda sobre la persona para encontrar el significado y alcance del contenido esencial de los derechos fundamentales y aclarar su relación con el Estado y el bien común.
