Abstract

A great advantage of leasing lies in the fact that it provides a fast and safe mechanism to obtain the judicial execution of the contract in case of breach on the part of the contractual parts (lesser or lessee). The leasing law has differentiated the legal regime according to the type of goods leased (real estate, personal property, intangible good). In addition, experience from reality shows that there are a number of situations that have not been envisaged by the current regulations and that require an analysis from legal professionals.
