Abstract
The invasion against Iraq by the United States broke the most important and elemental principles of Ethics and Law. This brings tremendous consequences for the present and the future of the national and international coexistence. The goal of this article is to develop an analysis about these consequences and to underline the urgent need to respect the moral and the codes.
