Abstract

In the present work, the author refers to the protection of the environment, which is conceived as a human right. According with her work, factors of every order had given borne to the environmental law which is defined as a horizontal right, for the concurrency of private, public and international law, with a vocation that does not know frontiers.

In the second part, the author refers to the necessity of environmental protection in the standards of the economic integration agreements and free trade.
