Abstract
Considering the importance of our political leadership problems today,
this paper focuses on leaders profiles whose political projects were
decisive for their nations and the structure of world power
configuration.
The comparative analysis of significant leaderships helps to
understand the historical transcendence of democratic and
participative options for the 21st century.
