Abstract

In this paper, the author analyzes if the legal fees of the lawyers inside
a contract of international sale of goods, governed by the United Nations Convention of International Sales of Goods, it is amount that should be included inside the compensation of damages for breach of contract by one party.

The author mentions the case Zapata Hermanos Sucesores S.A. vs. Hearthside Baking Co d/b/a Maurice Lenell Coooky Co ruled by
American courts. 

The conclusion is based on a general principle contained in article
7th by means of this convention the uniformity international is
encouraged.
