Abstract
This headwork presents an analysis about the responsability of the administrators in the company groups, particularly in the public
company and in the cooperative society. The object of analysis is: a)
definition, characteristic, fixing by-law and b) the general legal rules
applicables to the responsability of the administrators in the context
of our stock company law.
This rules are applicable to the public company and also to
the cooperative society. The study of this rules demonstrate that they
are insufficient in order to the company group and, more weight, the
ignorancet of the particularities of each type of companies. This matter
isn t contained in our company law. Bay that, in this head work are
included somes solutions about the rules of the administrators
responsability that must be introduced in the Spanish companies law.
