Abstract

The work contract, civil or public work, in the economic life generates big
and difficult social, economic and legal conflicts, all of them due to a
misinterpretation and application of the norms that rules these legal acts.
This article point out the legal reasons that the parties involved in the contract execution in order to avoid claims and demands from the contractors. All of them base on the equity and justice, values that governs the execution for any contract.
