Abstract

This paper examines the acts of corruption of Interbolsa and other companies, on the assumption that for the neutralization of wrongful acts, is not only necessary punishment of the criminal law, but also the prevention and regulation of private law, on the grounds that, from a scenario pre-punitive, it is possible to have a better control of the duties of loyalty and trust business to dissipate the high degree of financial fraud and corporate corruption.
