Abstract

The issuance of Law 963 of 2005 has brought the creation of legal stability contracts as a consequence, which are from the thesis that is sought to be developed a violation of constitutional rights, and therefore, under a constitutional law viewpoint they have no legitimacy as instruments of economic intervention.
