Abstract
The authors analyze from the recent thesis of the torts Law of the human rights, the doctrine of the jurisprudence of the Council of State in relation to the facts of the Palace of Justice, when the subversive group M-19 entered violently, taking like hostages to magistrates and employees, on the 6th and 7th of November, 1985, in Bogotá - Colombia.
