Abstract
In this paper, the author refers to the family protocol, an important
aspect in the study of family entrepreneurship, figure of special
relevance in the Colombian economy. This paper refers to aspects
like the concept of family protocol, legal concept of family
protocol, essential elements, characteristics of family protocol, relationship between the protocol and the entrepreneurship by-laws, limits, oppose at third parthies and content of the protocol.
