Abstract

In this paper the author refers to the philosophical origins of the theory
of action and its elements in Criminal Law. Remarks how important is
the philosophical concept of human action and the concept of crime
action; studying the concept of crime and the hypothesis of crime action.
The author cites some recognized authors on Criminal Law.
