Abstract

An alive and grateful memory of a calid person who chiseled with his character's teacher, thinker, friend and vigorous critic a student's intellectual life, lecturer today. Posthumous tribute to the master of thinking in public, thinking about dialogue with and from inside the world of everyday life; to a tireless forger of the exercise of a public, social and historically responsible reason; to the huge wrestler for the values of citizenship, civility, interwoven consensus and of procedural and deliberative democracy construction; to the demanding theoretician, explicitly of social justice, which reinvigorated the right place of ethical and political education today, based on a challenging relationship inspired on Kant, Habermas, Rawls and Nussbaum.
