Abstract
Este artículo se propone abordar el problema de la identidad personal como proceso hermenéutico desde la comprensión ontológica que el mismo sujeto hace de sí mismo, a partir del concepto ricoeuriano de hermenéutica del sí -soi-même. Esta identidad hermenéutica del sujeto se expresa narrativamente. Hermenéutica y narración se hacen aquí sinónimos e inspiran una praxis señalada como creación -poieis- de mundos por habitar, desvelando un ethos que se constituye como "morar" en apertura a lo insólito. Esta hipótesis se justifica desde la comprensión ontológica iniciada por Martin Heidegger en Ser y Tiempo y recuperada por Paul Ricœur en su último libro, soi-même comme un autre.
