Abstract

This article pretends to respond to if, in Kant's work, the responsibility establishes a dynamic between the right and the ethics, in the womb of which the realization of the individual is confused with the perfection of the community. The investigation is set, therefore, over two planes: for starting, in the structural analysis of the responsibility in its relationship with the freedom as in its own condition, demonstrating then that the ethic and juridic legislations of the practical reason differ less by their material content that by the nature and destination of the responsibility that they generate. Nevertheless, these two spheres posses the same demand: the instauration of a community of freedoms. This leads us to collate the existing relationship between these two types of responsibility with the progress, with the means of understanding that the dialectic complementariness of the right and of the ethics in the development of the reason has as goal the constitution of an ethic community.
