Abstract
Este trabajo, pionero en nuestro medio, articula una doble problemática en la filosofía política de Hannah Arendt. Por una parte, se trata de articular la noción política de "poder" con la noción antropológica de "acción" y en sentido más amplio, articular la filosofía política con la "antropología fundamental".
Por otra parte se trata de hacer un análisis de las principales categorías de la filosofía política de Hannah Arendt para pensar la situación de la condición humana bajo el totalitarismo y en la libertad. La "natalidad" como categoría central permite armonizar esta obra del sentido que encuentra en el "nacimiento humano" la potencialidad que se expande en la experiencia humana dentro del horizonte de lo que Hannah Arendt llamó "Amor Mundi".
