All articles or contributions will be reviewed by peer-assessors appointed by the journal's management. The articles will be sent to external and internal peer-reviewers of the affiliate institution of the Journal.
Neither authors' nor evaluators' names are revealed to one another.
According to the journal's guidelines, the evaluators emit their concepts on the quality of the papers regarding both scientific content and expression.
The result of the evaluation is given in terms of “publishable”, “pending for comment resolution” or “rejected” papers. Pending papers can be reviewed by the evaluators for a second time.
The journal's director can also make some comments on the papers in order to improve the quality of the publication.
