Abstract
Este trabajo busca dar cuenta de un cronotopo que denominamos Cuba, con el fin de establecer el grado de incidencia que este ha tenido en la producción de textos de cultura en América Latina. No obstante, al plantearse de esa manera, el tema resulta excesivamente amplio; por ello nos ocuparemos con más detalle de los discursos del yo; de las autofiguraciones y del abordaje de dicho cronotopo en Mario Vargas Llosa, Alfredo Bryce Echenique, Carlos Franqui y Beatriz Sarlo.
