Abstract
Este ensayo está orientado a explorar la poesía de Fernando Charry Lara desde la perspectiva del amor a partir de una estética de la palabra y de las imágenes que se consolidan a través de las metáforas del erotismo y la contemplación estética del cuerpo de la amada. Lo anterior se logra en el rastreo que se hace de la poesía desde sus primeros poemas hasta los últimos y en ellos destaca el lirismo y la ensoñación de su poesía para la creación de imágenes de la caricia y la evocación de la amada.
