Abstract
Este artículo intenta trazar una línea teórica entre la (homo)sexualidad dentro del clóset y la traducción a través del ejemplo de la actividad traductora de aquellos que colaboraron en la revista literaria argentina del siglo XX Sur: José Bianco, Enrique Pezzoni, Victoria Ocampo y H. A. Murena. Por medio de una lectura crítica de discursos explícitos y otros levemente velados sobre la homosexualidad en trabajos escritos y traducidos en este periodo, especialmente situados en el contexto de discursos teóricos sobre traducción, género y sexualidad, se revela una pregunta inevitable dentro de las discusiones actuales: ¿es la traducción un clóset? Y, si así es, ¿cuándo y cómo?
