Abstract
La poesía de Meira Delmar está caracterizada por el establecimiento de supuestos ideológicos y estéticos propios de la poética de la barranquillera. Entre éstos, habría que destacar la simbiosis entre lenguaje moderno y clásico, la vuelta a la representación con una mirada al pasado, el eclecticismo nostálgico (de formas y de temas), las lecturas retrospectivas y las actitudes de actualización de lo tradicional a partir de una mirada renovadora. Dentro de los aspectos a partir de los cuales se evidencia la resignificación del pasado, están el arte, el tiempo, el mito y Oriente, que son varios de los grandes temas desde los que se define la producción poética de Laúd memorioso .
