Abstract
Al diablo la maldita primavera (2003) nos pone en contacto cercano con el mundo gay bogotano a través de la historia de vida Edwin Rodrígez Buelvas. Narrada desde la perspectiva del protagonista, la novela se adentra en la experiencia individual y grupal de este hombre joven homosexual, informándonos sus costumbres, preferencias y códigos sociales, así como sus emociones, sus valores individuales y los giros de su subjetividad en una vida desarrollada al margen de la norma heterosexual. Este trabajo analiza la construcción de la identidad de género de Edwin y las maneras en que éste se desvía de la matriz reglamentaria de género acotada por Judith Butler. a través de la exploración de preferencias, actitudes y comportamientos ampliamente tratados en la novela.Cuadernos de Literatura is registered under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License.
