Abstract
Utilizando metodologías cualitativas, la presente investigación describe y analiza dos propuestasde articulación entre técnicos y pequeños productores de la provincia de Misiones(Argentina). Por un lado, se considera la propuesta tecnológica y el enfoque metodológicoimpulsado por una empresa tabacalera y por otro los abordajes promovidos por una ONG.La empresa tabacalera parte de una estrategia de vinculación de agricultura bajo contrato,utiliza una metodología netamente transferencista (top-down approach), y promueve unmodelo tecnológico que responde a los criterios de la agricultura industrial. La ONG utilizauna metodología basada en la participación, pone el acento en la mejora de la calidad de vidade las comunidades con las que trabaja (bottom-up approach), y fomenta un modelo tecnológicoque responde a los lineamientos promovidos por la agricultura orgánica y la agroecología.Las principales diferencias entre los abordajes metodológicos de la empresa tabacalera y laONG se resumen en cuatro ejes principales: a) visita vs. reunión; b) visión de rubro vs. enfoquede sistemas; c) transferencia vs. adaptación y experimentación; y d) subordinación vs.empoderamiento.Cuadernos de Desarrollo Ruralis registered under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License.
