Abstract

En los grupos domésticos campesinos, la continuidadentre la tierra y la casa está mediada por el flujo deenergía de los alimentos y del trabajo con una dinámicaindispensable para mantener la salud. En este ciclo lacocina desempeña un papel trasformador y productorreproductorvital para la sobrevivencia del grupo completo.Durante este ciclo se evidencia concentración depoder en algunos de esos espacios. El trabajo analizaestos procesos en los grupos domésticos de la veredaEl Carreño del municipio de Sotaquirá, Boyacá,Colombia.
