Abstract
Una de las alternativas para el des31TOllo local, como estrategia de acción para al atender la realidad rural, es la industrialización de este sector. Los autores exponen algunas medidas que deberían adelantarse desde el Estado para considerar las iniciativas de este tipo de procesos, tomando en cuenta diversos enfoques de estudiosos del tema agroindustria y des31TOllo rural. Como objeto de análisis, el artículo muestra los resultados alcanzados por las agooindustrias integradas de base rural localizadas en el Distrito de Tandil, Argentina.
