Abstract
El artículo describe el desarrollo de la experiencia de investigación-capacitación realizada con funcionarios del programa de extensión de la Caja Agraria. El programa se fundamenta en el conocimiento deque es posible la capacitación de funcionarios de campo y campesinos en la investigación de su propia realidad, como lo muestran varias experiencias realizadas por la Unidad de Estudios Rurales con diversas entidades y campesinos en varias zonas del país. Operativamente se trabaja utilizando algunas herramientas de la metodología de investigación participativa y en la concepción de aprender-haciendo; es por ('so por lo que la capacitación se desarrolla simultáneamente con la investigación. Durante seis meses 28 extensionistas, 4 jefes de agencia del Programa de Extensión Dirigida a Objetivos EDO, de la zona de Barbosa y 3 investigadores de la Universidad .Javeriana (2 agrónomos y 1 socióloga), trabajaron conjuntamente en torno a los siguientes objetivos: - Estudiar el entorno socio-económico y socio-político en el que actúan los extensionistas.
