Abstract
There is an apparent dissociation of objectives between consumer law and insurance law, an alleged contradiction that sometimes confronts the consumer protection regulations with the regulations on the insurance contract.
The question arises in particular as to whether the legislation relating to the insurance
contract should prevail over that of the consumer, which species to the genus and whether this should always be the case or whether the specialty of consumer protection law is admitted in the areas that are its own.
Controversial issue, at least discussed, but, a real problem? We will try in this article to approach the answer to this question.
