Abstract
The purpose of this text is to study some aspects of the civil liability regime in traffic accidents with the objective of analyzing some topics on insurance mediation such as: Who can request mediation, the choice of the Mediator, aspects related to the quantification of the damage, the way in which the mediation sessions should be developed, among others. For this purpose, the legal sources will be the Community regulations and specifically the Spanish legislation.
