The present manuscript has the purpose of providing the insurance market with information needed to understand the insurance policy and corresponding claims. Therefore there is not much theoretical information but rather information obtained from practical experience which is sought to be useful.
As to the detailed study of the employees’ fidelity insurance in the Bolivian legislation and of its different perspectives in comparative law, the importance and usefulness of this coverage can be ratified as a form in which entrepreneurs are assured that their own activities which may be gravely affected by dishonest actions of their employees can continue without irruption.
