Abstract
The people in charge of the public health like those of other fields of the medicine need to have evidence to make decisions on the policies the new systems from health to do in front correctly to the problems that are arising. The promotion of the Health is not free of this and in spite of the difficulties either early in its attempts or has put on the table the preoccupation to abtain it and how to do it.
The journal Investigación en Enfermería: Imagen y Desarrollo is registered under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License. Thus, this work may be reproduced, distributed, and publicly shared in digital format, as long as the names of the authors and Pontificia Universidad Javeriana are acknowledged.
