Abstract
The purpose of the study was, to identify the opinio of the professional nurses about the role of the nursing students and their opinio obout the tasks of the professional nurse. The method used was the analytic one, 147 students of the Nursing School of the Unisverisdad Peruana Cayetano Heredia and 157 nurses of the Hospital Nacional Edgardo Rebagliati Martins were studied, between the years 2002 and 2003. In the nursing students opinion about the nurses of the practicals service it was found that the nurse of the service of practice participates in the education process learning of the students of 2nd and 4th year of infirmary in a 48.6% and 59.09% respectively, also is appraised that the nurses of the service do not have much patience with the student of infirmary of 2nd and 4th in a 23.89% and 31.82%. In the opinion with respect to the roll of the students, the nurses of the service of practice refer that they know the roll the infirmary student reason why they consider them in 91.80% like people in process of Education Learning, a minimun percentage considers that they are students and they are delayed in fulfilling the indications and they respectiverly do not fulfill the indications that occurs them, in 1.40%
