Abstract

The insufficiency state cardiac is the final stage at which the heart arrives, after to have exhausted the mechanisms of reserve to work in adverse conditions, well be of overload of volume (increase of the preload) or of overload of resistance (increase of the breech loading). The factors that limit the work of the heart can divide in external factors to the heart and cardiac factors. The present article sets out to determine the intervention of nursing to the patient who presents Congestive Insufficiency Cardiac considering the altered functional patterns.
