Abstract
The object of this work is the tacit submission before civil or commercial courts of States members of the European Union. Theirs advantages, requirements and consequences are object of a meticulous analysis that shows the problems of legal interpretation with they will have to face the legal operators.
This journal is registered under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License. Thus, this work may be reproduced, distributed, and publicly shared in digital format, as long as the names of the authors and Pontificia Universidad Javeriana are acknowledged.
