Abstract

In this paper, the author tackles a general explication about
principal aspects of the United Nations Convention on the Use
of Electronic Communications in International Contracts,
recently approved by the United Nations General Assembly.
For it, it is based on the precedents of the Convention, other
legal instruments of international commercial law, and the
consultation of doctrine specialized on the topic. The treated
aspects have to see with scope of application of the Convention;
general principles of electronic contracts and formation of
contract.
