How to Cite
Abstract
Taking into account the previous article, this article analyzes one subject, who forms part of the State, in this case the Colombian state, who was responsible for a large part of the dictates and critical actions of our foreign policy in the period between 1970-1974. The article deals with Foreign Minister Alfredo Vázquez Carrizosa.
This analysis has been divided into five sections. The first one is titled "Colombian Internaional Relations: the agenda and thesis of Alfredo Vázquez Carrizosa"; the second "Alfredo Vázquez Carrizosa and his conception of the world"; the third "Cooperation, justice and peace: an optimistic reading of international relations"; the fourth, "Internacional Law: the connective thread of Colombian International Policy" and finally "Reform of the Organization of the American States (OAS): The Colombian proposals."
