Abstract
En plena efervescencia de los nuevos objetivos de desarrollo sostenible y la denominada Agenda 2030 adoptada por la Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas en septiembre de 2015, se publicó esta obra que, con un arranque retrospectivo, se proyecta hacia los escenarios futuros del sistema de cooperación internacional. La promulgación de esta agenda de carácter universal es vista como un auténtico cambio de paradigma que transforma la tradicional agenda de cooperación para el desarrollo estructurada en un esquema norte-sur de donantes y receptores, donde las concesiones de unos tenían su contrapartida en las obligaciones de los otros.
