Abstract
The barrio of Las Cruces (city of Bogotá), has a high percentage of leasing as well as of high density tenancies. Such housing practices generated the need an analysis of the physical traits of these housing practices, specially when they take place in buildings that have a certain value as architectural heritage. Thus, proposals for interventions that may optimize the living standards of the Las Cruces´ inhabitantes, can be made, having a level of well needed conservation of architectural and urban values.
