Abstract
La comunicación organizacional es uno de los lugares de punta en este momento en los estudios de comunicación. Si bien no ha generado suficientes teorías y debates académicos sí representa un campo de trabajo profesional de gran demanda por parte tanto de los estudiantes como de los empresarios. En un primer momento la comunicación en este campo se centró exclusivamente en la empresa. Se trataba de un terreno híbrido en el que primaban los conceptos y las prácticas administrativas y psicológicas; y donde los profesionales de la comunicación eran solamente relacionistas públicos o “jefes de prensa” Ya sea en forma implícita o explicita, el campo de la comunicación organizacional se refiere a las maneras de ver la comunicación y la organización y dependiendo de estas perspectivas, se asume e interpreta el sentido de la comunicación organizacional.This journal is registered under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License.
