Abstract
In this article, we uncover the way information is treated in relation to the journalistic sources for the news programs of local TV in Castilla and León. Based on the content analysis of their own production, we specify who the main characters in the news broadcast by these channels are, who provides the fundamental information for the journalistic construction of the news reality for these communities. We also offer a detailed description of the methodology used, a text which could be a useful reference for further research on the content of TV news.This journal is registered under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License.
