Abstract
La presencia de las nuevas tecnologías de información en nuestras vidad cotidianas (computadores, banco de datos, videotextos, lengaujes ditiales, satélites, teleimpresión, fibras ópticas, memoria finita, neuva televisión, telemática, etc.), no represente una simple modernización ma´s de los productos electrónicos que circulan en los mercados mexicanos.

Thus, this work may be reproduced, distributed, and publicly shared in digital format, as long as the names of the authors and Pontificia Universidad Javeriana are acknowledged.
