Abstract
The year devoted to the Eucharistic Mystery was rich in deeper doctrinal reflection. It is necessary to proceed further in the consideration of its practice in order to bring it nearer to its primary experience. From some challenges put forward by society regarding the Eucharistic experience, a few bases are considered on which the truth of the mystery reposes. The invitation to the new communities that try to live the Eucharist cannot be reduced to multiplying and embellishing the celebrations. This paper, starting from that invitation, sets a few guidelines which should direct the Eucharistic praxis, which is not reduced to a liturgical celebration, but is really source and summit of an authentical Christian life.
